Job summary

NIIT Foundation is seeking a field outreach professional to mobilize students and engage with communities in Delhi. You will conduct field visits, coordinate with schools and NGOs, and drive enrollment for skill development programs.

The role requires strong Hindi communication, interpersonal skills, field readiness, and the ability to guide youth on career opportunities. You will report on mobilization activities and support admissions and outreach campaigns.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits and community outreach for student mobilization.
• Identify and mobilize eligible candidates for skill development training.
• Build relationships with communities, NGOs, schools and leaders.
• Conduct counseling sessions for students and parents on training and placement opportunities.
• Organize mobilization activities such as rallies, pamphlet distribution, door-to-door visits and community meetings.
• Maintain daily field activity reports, enquiry records, follow-up data, and MIS.
• Coordinate with trainers and center team to ensure batch fulfillment and student retention.
• Assist admission processes, documentation, and student onboarding activities.
• Follow up with interested candidates through calls and visits for admissions conversion.
• Assist in organizing job fairs, placement drives, and center events whenever required.
