Job summary

Tonic Worldwide in Mumbai is looking for an Executive – Paid Media with close to 2 years of relevant experience to manage paid media planning, campaign execution, client servicing, and performance analysis across digital platforms.

You will develop and execute paid media plans, plan, manage and optimise campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads, monitor budgets and KPIs, and translate data into clear recommendations for clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in paid media/performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of media planning, buying and optimisation.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Working knowledge of GA4 and digital analytics/reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to read performance reports and derive actionable insights.
• Strong client servicing and communication skills.
• High attention to detail, ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
