Job summary

PivotRoots Digital Private Limited in India invites an experienced E-commerce Strategy Lead to shape client strategies and drive measurable results. You will oversee ecommerce campaigns from planning to execution, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and advocate data-driven optimization.

The role requires 5+ years in ecommerce, exposure to retail, brand and advertising, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in ecommerce.
• E-commerce, Retail, Brand, Advertising.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or Advertising.
• Languages: English (Intermediate)

Responsibilities

• Develop and present client strategies to meet ecommerce needs.
• Execute the ecommerce strategy by engaging the right resources and/or implementing the plan.
• Ensure and measure the ecommerce campaign success; implement optimization actions when required.
• Ensure client satisfaction and optimal delivery.
• Collaborate with specialists across Havas.
• Engage and leverage partners (vendor services, content creation, logistics, media).
• Provide support in new business pitches when required.
• Contribute to the development of the ecommerce expertise at local level.
• Prepare and present ecommerce best practices and case studies.
