Job summary

Crown Hr Services in Padra, Gujarat, India seeks a maintenance professional to oversee PESO and Boiler Inspectorate compliance, audits and statutory records. You will monitor SO2, Hydro, Old Plant, ETP operations, reactors, furnaces, pumps and compressors, and drive preventive/predictive maintenance using vibration, thermography and oil analysis.

This role leads shutdowns, LOTO, safety, RCA, spares and emergency procurement while driving 5S, energy conservation and Kaizen initiatives to improve

Qualifications

  • Experience in PESO management and Boiler Inspectorate compliance.
  • Experience in audits and maintaining statutory records.
  • Proficiency in vibration analysis, thermography and oil analysis.
  • Leadership in shutdowns, safety, RCA and emergency procurement.
  • Knowledge of 5S, energy conservation and Kaizen practices.
