Job summary

Homzinterio in Bengaluru is seeking an Interior Design Manager who blends design expertise with sales acumen to grow the business. You will convert leads, present design concepts, and guide a team of interior designers through the full project lifecycle.

You will lead client meetings, develop mood boards, proposals, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience after closure, while maintaining strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience in interior design sales, residential interiors, or client relationship management; leadership role for at least 2 years.
• Proven track record in sales closing and meeting revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of residential interior design, modular furniture, and space planning.
• Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation in English and regional languages.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate cross teams.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or SketchUp is preferred.
