Job summary

TÜV SÜD Group in Mumbai is seeking a Graduate with ISO 27001:2022 and ISO 9001:2015 certifications to oversee ISMS governance and compliance. You will coordinate audits, manage risk assessments, and drive training and awareness across teams to ensure ongoing certification readiness.

Responsibilities include maintaining documentation per standards, tracking KPIs, and coordinating with Corporate Quality for timely audit closures and DR drills.

Qualifications

• Graduate with certifications in ISO 27001:2022 and ISO 9001:2015.
• Experience with internal and external ISO audits.
• Knowledge of risk management and ISMS controls.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain ISO 27001:2022 and ISO 9001:2015 controls.
• Coordinate audits with Corporate Quality and ensure timely closure of findings.
• Lead risk management activities and ISMS objective definitions.
• Conduct security awareness trainings for new joiners and existing staff.

Your Task

• Monitor, maintain effectiveness of processes, controls of ISO 27001:2022 and ISO 9001:2015 standard.
• Ensure policies, procedures, guidelines, SOPs pertaining to ISO 27001:2022 and ISO 9001:2015 are properly reviewed/approved as and when required and annually.
• Ensure to conduct Risk Management, risks are identified and documented for both standards ISO 27001:2022
• Coordinate with Corporate Quality for ISO 9001:2015 & 27001:2022 internal/external audits and ensure same are completed as per due timeline, including audit preparation and arrangements.
• Work as auditee for internal/external audits for both standards 27001:2022 and ISO 9001:2015
• Ensure that internal/external audits findings are closed within timeline for both standards 27001:2022 and ISO 9001:2015, major NC to be closed in 30 days, minor NC in 45 days.
• Ensure ISO 27001:2022 certification is renewed every three years.
• Proactively define ISMS Objectives, support Training Need Analysis, Process Performance Monitoring Measurement, support Supplier evaluation, tracking of same on monthly and quarterly basis based on process requirements.
• Track and maintain documents for Training calendar, Training register, Knowledge Transfer to new team members, Incident, Security, Asset register as per ISO 27001:2022, ISO 9001:2015
• Ensure to attend training conducted by Corporate Quality and others pertaining to quality, compliance, security.
• Ensure to conduct annual evaluation of team members for all services/processes.
• Coordinate with Service/Process owner to ensure defined policies and procedures are practiced and are effective.
• Ensure Disaster recovery drills are documented on quarterly basis.
• Identify gaps/deviation in process and address same for effectiveness.
• Ensure monthly reporting from location engineers, service/process owners are on time.
• Ensure to review KPIs defined for services and processes and revise same based on requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for effectiveness of ISO 27001:2022 controls pertaining to People, Physical and Supplier.
• Coordinate with Corporate Quality for preparation of MRM data.
• Ensure to attend MRM and prepare and execute actionable points.
• Conduct Information Security awareness training for new joiners with assessment every month.
• Conduct Information Security awareness training for existing employees with assessment every quarter.
• Conduct monthly compliance meeting with IT team
