Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in inventory planning, demand planning, merchandise planning, replenishment or allocation.
• Retail / fashion / apparel preferred; planners from FMCG, e-commerce and pharma are equally welcome.
• Graduate in any discipline with strong numerical aptitude; PG in Supply Chain, Operations, Statistics or Business Administration is an advantage.
• Advanced Excel — Pivot, XLOOKUP, Power Query, comfortable with large data sets.
• Working understanding of replenishment, stock norms, forecasting and sell-through.
• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini) for analysis and reporting.

• Analyse sales, stock, sell-through and size-wise performance at category level.
• Convert data into a clear, recommended action not just a report.
• Work on inventory planning and supply chain improvement projects.
• Use AI tools and advanced Excel to automate recurring analysis and reporting.
