Job summary

UNISON International Consulting is seeking an Assistant Manager – Inventory Control in Gurugram to oversee store-level inventory planning, allocation and replenishment, monitor stock by store, SKU, colour and size, and optimize inventory to reduce stock-outs and improve profitability.

You will coordinate with store operations, merchandising and logistics teams and train store staff on inventory management systems; strong MS Excel and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience; retail or inventory planning experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
