Responsibilities

• Manage inventory planning and replenishment to ensure optimal stock availability across channels.
• Monitor inventory levels across stores, warehouses and channels; identify opportunities for optimization.
• Analyze sales performance, demand patterns, and supply metrics to support business objectives.
• Develop and maintain demand forecasts to improve accuracy and service levels.
• Partner with Merchandising, Sourcing, Supply Chain and Store Operations for inventory deployment.
• Drive productivity by reducing excess inventory and stock-outs.
• Track KPIs: Sell-through, Inventory Turnover, Weeks of Cover, Fill Rate, Service Levels.
• Support seasonal planning, assortment planning, and inventory allocation decisions.
• Prepare MIS reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Continuously identify process improvements and best practices in inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory planning and replenishment processes to ensure optimum stock availability.
• Monitor inventory levels across stores, warehouses, and channels while identifying opportunities for stock optimization.
• Analyze sales performance, demand patterns, inventory trends, and supply metrics to support business objectives.
• Develop and maintain demand forecasts to improve inventory accuracy and service levels.
• Partner with Merchandising, Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Store Operations teams to ensure effective inventory deployment.
• Drive inventory productivity initiatives by minimizing excess inventory and reducing stock-outs.
• Monitor key inventory KPIs such as Sell-through, Inventory Turnover, Weeks of Cover, Fill Rate, and Service Levels.
• Support seasonal planning, assortment planning, and inventory allocation decisions.
