Responsibilities

• Drive sales through store staff and achieve store GMV and revenue.
• Serve as SPOC for order servicing and issues across Sleek/Bath/UPVC.
• Maintain customer level index and drive on-ground demand generation.
• Meet customers for conversion and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with central training for team grooming and recruitment.
• Ensure hygiene areas and store operational excellence.
• Train and mentor store staff; recruit as needed.
• Drive store operations and customer-centric experiences.

Job description

The ideal candidate to have experience of working in a Home Décor showroom. The Goal will be to ensure store team is driving Décor category sales and are adhering to operational excellence guidelines to create delightful experience for customers.

What You\'ll Do

• Driving Sales thru store staff
• Drive Store level GMV and Revenue
• Store staff will report to Sales officer directly. Sales Officer is responsible for productivity of each store staff.
• Maintain customer level Index.
• Meeting customers for conversion
• Drive on ground Demand generation activities.
• Dealer servicing
• Maintain Dealer Health Card for all issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve the same.
• Maintain dlr accounts related to sales and material servicing follow ups with Sleek/ Bath/ UPVC/ WT
• Serving role of a Single Point contact for the store
• Coordination with all stakeholders as a SPOC for order servicing and issues if any - Sleek/ Bath/ UPVC
• Execution of Hygiene areas
• Drive Store Operational excellence
• Focus on effective usage of Digital journey leading to customer conversion
• Team training
