Job summary

Hyatt Regency Lake Washington at Seattle's Southport in Renton, WA is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead the department in delivering spotless guest rooms and immaculate public areas. You will uphold Hyatt's corporate strategies and brand standards while coordinating laundry and back‑of‑house operations.

Ideal candidates have a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management and at least two years in a senior housekeeping role.

You will be responsible forthe efficient running ofthe department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies andbrand standards, whilst meetingemployee, guest and owner expectations. The Housekeeping Manager is responsible to manage all functions related to the cleanliness of the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house non-kitchen areas, as well as the laundry and dry-cleaning operation (hotel linen, uniforms and guest laundry).

Qualifications

Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Housekeeping Manager, or Executive Housekeeper in larger operation. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
