Job summary

Gamlaa is seeking a site-level horticulture supervisor to oversee gardeners and related staff at our Goa facility. You will allocate daily tasks, monitor completion, and ensure adequate manpower deployment while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will conduct toolbox talks, track productivity, identify training needs, and coordinate with clients and internal teams to address maintenance requirements and complaints. Strong communication and reporting skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise gardeners and other site-level horticulture staff.
• Allocate daily work activities and monitor completion.
• Ensure adequate manpower deployment and attendance at assigned sites.
• Conduct toolbox talks and brief teams on daily priorities, safety, grooming, and work procedures.
• Monitor gardener productivity and work quality.
• Identify training requirements and coordinate with the reporting manager for skill development.
• Coordinate with the client/facility team regarding plant maintenance requirements and concerns.
• Attend to client complaints and ensure timely closure.
• Maintain professional communication with clients and internal teams.
• Conduct plant audits and prepare action plans for identified issues.
• Ensure the site meets defined horticulture quality standards.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly horticulture reports.
• Maintain plant replacement records and submit replacement requirements for approval.
• Maintain manpower attendance and deployment records.
