Updater Services (UDS) invites an experienced Garden Operations Manager to oversee and optimize landscaping and facility maintenance across multiple remote sites in Pune district. You will lead site teams, coordinate with vendors, monitor SLAs and KPIs, and ensure HSE compliance while driving sustainability initiatives.

Responsibilities include planning preventive maintenance, managing irrigation and materials, reviewing budgets, and delivering MIS reports.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years in Garden Operations/Facility Management.
• BSc Agricultural or equivalent required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee garden and landscape maintenance activities across multiple remote locations.
• Conduct periodic site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with horticulture standards.
• Coordinate with site teams, vendors, and supervisors for smooth execution of gardening activities.
• Monitor the health and maintenance of lawns, plants, shrubs, trees, and landscaped areas.
• Ensure timely implementation of seasonal plantation, landscaping, and beautification projects.
• Develop and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for all horticulture activities.
• Manage irrigation systems and promote water conservation initiatives at remote sites.
• Ensure availability of plants, fertilizers, pesticides, tools, and consumables at all locations.
• Monitor contractor performance and service delivery against agreed SLAs and KPIs.
• Review manpower deployment, productivity, and attendance across assigned locations.
• Conduct virtual and physical audits to assess landscape quality and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to HSE requirements, PPE usage, and safe chemical handling practices.
• Address client concerns and ensure timely closure of landscaping-related complaints.
• Support new site mobilization, transitions, and landscape development projects.
• Prepare and submit MIS reports, audit findings, performance dashboards, and improvement plans.
• Track budgets, material consumption, and cost optimization initiatives across locations.
• Drive sustainability initiatives such as composting, organic gardening, and waste reduction programs.
• Provide technical guidance and training to site horticulture teams for maintaining uniform standards.
• Ensure readiness of all landscapes for client visits, audits, and VIP inspections.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve landscape quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction across all remote sites.

Qualification: - BSC Agricultural/Equivalent

Experience: - Minimum 5 Years in Garden Operations/Facility Management.
