Job summary

Gamlaa is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage manpower and horticulture activities at client sites in India. The role focuses on supervising gardeners, assigning daily tasks, monitoring attendance, and ensuring quality standards.

You will conduct toolbox talks, coordinate with facility teams, handle client communications, and prepare routine horticulture reports. Prior experience in site supervision and plantation management is preferred.
