Job summary

Gamlaa is seeking an Indoor Plant Technician to maintain indoor greenery across multiple sites, ensuring high service quality. Responsibilities include watering, pruning, pest control, fertilizing, and replacements, while keeping areas clean and presentable.

You will monitor plant health, plan replacements, coordinate with on-site staff, maintain inventory and service records, and serve as the main client contact for queries and feedback.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Horticulture / Agriculture / Botany.
• 1-3 years of indoor landscaping or horticulture experience.
• Strong plant knowledge and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and client-handling ability.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and guide on-site staff.
