You will maintain Tally and QuickBooks, manage general ledger entries, coordinate with outsourced accountants, and ensure timely payments while supporting tax filings and statutory liabilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform cash and security position reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Assist with annual audits by providing documentation and supporting information; support tax team in tax filings and K-1s.
• Responsible for general accounting work along with daily reconciliations and controls.
• Prepare and oversee general ledger entries and account reconciliations.
• Oversee and coordinate with outsourced accounting firm.
• Ensure timely bank payments.
• Prepare GST and TDS monthly statements and maintain statutory liabilities.
• Provide support for internal and external auditing services.
