Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in Bangalore is seeking a Graduate with 2–4 years of accounting experience to manage day-to-day financial operations.

You will handle Tally and QuickBooks, monthly closings, ledger entries, and coordinate with an outsourced accounting firm. The role requires strong MS Office skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support audits, GST, and tax filings while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain Tally and QuickBooks.
• Perform monthly closing and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Maintain investors' capital accounts and perform cash and security reconciliations.
• Assist with annual audits by providing documentation and supporting information; support tax team in filings.
• Coordinate with outsourced accounting firm and oversee intercompany reconciliations.
• Ensure timely bank payments and maintain GST and TDS monthly statements.
• Provide support for internal and external auditing services.

Role & responsibilities

Location: Bangalore Qualification: Graduate Experience: 2-4 yrs

Job responsibilities:

• 1. Maintain Tally and Quickbooks
• 2. Monthly closing
• 3. Maintining investors capital accounts
• 4. Perform cash and security position reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
• 5. Assist with annual audits by providing documentation and supporting information, and support the tax team in preparing tax filings and K-1s.
• 6. Responsible for general accounting work along with maintaining daily reconcillaitions and controls.
• 7. Prepares/ oversees general ledger entries and account reconciliations.
• 8. Oversee and coordinate with outsourced accounting firm
• 9. Ensure timely bank payments.
• 10. Preparing GST and TDS Monthly statements and maintaining statutory liabilities
• 11. Provide support for internal and external auditing services.

Skills required:

• 1. Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
