Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a qualified accounting professional in Bangalore to manage monthly closings, investor capital accounts, and reconciliations, while coordinating with an outsourced firm.

The role includes GST/TDS statements and assisting audits and tax filings, requiring strong MS Office skills and attention to detail. The candidate should be a Graduate with 2-4 years of experience, capable of handling cash and security reconciliations and providing robust

• Maintain Tally and QuickBooks.
• Monthly closing processes.
• Maintain investors' capital accounts.
• Reconcile cash and security positions for accuracy.
• Assist audits by providing documentation and support tax filings.
• Handle general accounting and daily reconciliations and controls.
• Prepare/general ledger entries and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with outsourced accounting firm.
• Ensure timely bank payments.
• Prepare GST and TDS monthly statements and statutory liabilities.
• Support internal and external audit services.

Role & responsibilities

Location: Bangalore Qualification: Graduate Experience: 2-4 yrs

Job responsibilities:

• 1. Maintain Tally and Quickbooks
• 2. Monthly closing
• 3. Maintining investors capital accounts
• 4. Perform cash and security position reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
• 5. Assist with annual audits by providing documentation and supporting information, and support the tax team in preparing tax filings and K-1s.
• 6. Responsible for general accounting work along with maintaining daily reconcillaitions and controls.
• 7. Prepares/ oversees general ledger entries and account reconciliations.
• 8. Oversee and coordinate with outsourced accounting firm
• 9. Ensure timely bank payments.
• 10. Preparing GST and TDS Monthly statements and maintaining statutory liabilities
• 11. Provide support for internal and external auditing services.

Skills required:

• 1. Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• 2. Well- versed in the MS Office suite.
• 3. A strong work ethic and willingness to work as needed to accomplish projects on timelines
