Job summary

LS Digital Group in Navi Mumbai is seeking a finance data entry professional to support accurate data entry into ERP systems or Excel templates and perform reconciliations across multiple financial datasets.

You will collect and compile financial data from AP, AR, MIS, taxation and audit teams for monthly and quarterly reporting, prepare MIS reports and schedules (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow), track intercompany balances, and generate ad-hoc investor or management reports.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Excel for data handling and analysis.
• Knowledge of journal entries and trial balance basics.

Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting and compiling financial data from AP, AR, MIS, taxation, and audit teams for monthly/quarterly reporting.
• Data entry into ERP systems or Excel templates and performing reconciliations between datasets.
• Prepare MIS reports, collate and consolidate group MIS reports, flag variances or delays.
• Prepare P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow schedules in stipulated formats.
• Track intercompany transactions, follow-ups on receivables/payables, reconcile intercompany balances.
• Prepare sales pipeline reports, investor reports, and other ad-hoc reports as required by Management.
• Experience: 1-3 yrs

About the Role

Responsible for accurate data entry into ERP systems or Excel templates and performing reconciliations across multiple financial datasets.

Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting and compiling financial data from AP, AR, MIS, taxation, and audit teams for monthly/quarterly reporting.
• Data entry into ERP systems or Excel templates and performing various reconciliations between different data sets.
• Prepare MIS reports, collate and consolidate group entities' MIS reports, flag off variances or delays.
• Prepare P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow schedules in stipulated formats.
• Track intercompany transactions, take follow-ups on receivables/payables, reconcile the intercompany balances.
• Prepare sales pipeline reports, investor reports, and any other ad-hoc reports as required by the Management from time to time.
• Experience: 1- 3 yrs
