Job summary

Umicore AG & Co. KG in Pune seeks an experienced finance professional to lead consolidation, budgeting and IFRS compliant reporting. You will manage SAP-based data, monitor intercompany activity, and enhance KPI accuracy with analytics tools such as Power BI.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing with SAP, strong IFRS knowledge, and excellent communication skills to collaborate across functions and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting with professional qualification preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years in manufacturing and SAP environment with IFRS knowledge.
• Proven ability to analyze data, consolidate, and report with Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Support financial consolidation and monthly closing processes.
• Ensure accuracy of KPIs such as Revenue, EBITDA, Cash Flow.
• Monitor intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
• Improve data quality across SAP and reporting systems.
• Track global SG&A and IT cost performance.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and reporting automation while ensuring IFRS compliance.

Your Key Accountabilities

• Support financial consolidation and monthly closing
