Job summary

Qualifications

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Revenue Assurance Executive to identify revenue leakages, ensure billing accuracy, monitor compliance with approved tariffs and billing policies, and coordinate revenue recovery initiatives to strengthen the hospitals financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue Leakage Identification

• Review hospital billing transactions to identify revenue leakages and recovery opportunities.
• Analyze non-billing, under-billing, incorrect tariff application, package deviations, and unbilled services.
• Quantify financial impact and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

2. Audit & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to approved tariffs, MOU rates, package agreements, billing policies, and revenue cycle SOPs.
• Verify billing approvals, supporting documents, and system controls.
• Identify control gaps and recommend process improvements.

3. Recovery & Closure Management

• Coordinate with Billing, Operations, Finance, Insurance, IT, and Unit teams to recover identified revenue leakages.
• Track corrective and preventive actions and monitor recovery status.
• Ensure timely closure of audit observations and elevate unresolved high-value issues to management.

Key Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of hospital billing and revenue cycle processes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of audit, compliance, and financial controls.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Technical Skills

• Advanced MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
• Familiarity with Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and billing software.

Educational Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / CMA Inter.

Preferred Experience

Experience in hospital billing, revenue assurance, finance, billing audits, or revenue cycle management will be an advantage.
