Executive - Engineering
Responsible for the maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and reliable operation of all plant instrumentation and control systems. Ensure optimum performance of field instruments, control valves, PLC/DCS/SCADA systems, analyzers, and associated instrumentation to support safe, efficient, and uninterrupted plant operations.
Preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of instrumentation systems.
Calibration and verification of critical instruments as per approved procedures and schedules.
Troubleshooting of transmitters, control valves, switches, sensors, analyzers, PLC/DCS, and associated control loops.
Ensure compliance with cGMP, EHS, statutory, and quality requirements.
Maintain calibration records, maintenance documentation, SOPs, and instrument history.
Support plant shutdowns, commissioning, qualification, and validation activities.
Ensure availability and reliability of critical instrumentation and control systems.
Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for technical support, troubleshooting, and equipment upgrades.
Identify instrumentation-related risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Support continuous improvement, automation, energy optimization, and instrumentation upgrade projects.
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Instrumentation,E.C.E Engineering.
2 to 4 years preferred.
