Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions in Telangana invites an experienced Executive - E&M to oversee day-to-day maintenance of API plant equipment, implement preventive maintenance, and ensure safe operating conditions for all plant activities.

You will coordinate with Production Officers to resolve maintenance issues, document work orders as per SOPs, supervise permits, and uphold PPE usage and clean environmental practices in line with GMP and health, safety, and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• ITI with Diploma and 8+ years of API plant maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of GMP, Safety, and Good Engineering Practices (GEP).
• Strong documentation, planning, and SOP adherence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain API plant equipment and HVAC systems.
• Coordinate with Production Officers to resolve maintenance issues.
• Delegate work and attend breakdown and planned jobs with proper permits.
• Document work orders as per SOPs and follow user requirements.
• Ensure safe working conditions, PPE usage, and clean environments.
• Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and equipment health.
• Act as SHE Core Team member and report incidents or unsafe conditions.
• Provide support in senior absence and ensure completion of tasks.

• ITI with Diploma, above 8 Years Experience in API Plant maintenance, Modification works, HVAC Maintenance. Should have knowledge in GMP, Safety, Good Engineering Practices To look after day-to-day maintenance of equipment's and operations
• Co-ordination with Production Officers to solve any maintenance/utility problems.
• Delegation of work as per planning to attending the breakdown jobs.
• Documentation of work orders as prescribed.
• To follow / completion of user requirement as per prescribed SOP's.
• Work distribution and attending delegated jobs with all required permits
• Ensuring the completion of the breakdown, planned jobs and cross verifying the same.
• Ensure Safe working conditions and clean environmental practices.
• Monitor and usages of PPEs, respiratory protection equipment and ensure maintenance & cleanliness.
• As per schedules preventive maintenance of all equipment's must be complete in time.
• Act as SHE core Team members (HOD to identify the SHE Core Team Members).
• Report any incident/accident/ near miss/ illness to the superiors.
• Identify unsafe conditions and unsafe acts and report to superiors.
• Also responsible for the work of senior in the absence of senior workers.
