Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions is seeking a Technician - E&M to perform preventive maintenance on equipment and coordinate with shift personnel to resolve issues. You will document work orders, follow SOPs and quality systems, and ensure a safe, clean environment.

The role includes PPE usage checks, incident reporting, and adherence to EHS guidelines. The position emphasizes upkeep of the facility and imparting SHE training to operators and contract workers, contributing to a compliant and safe

Qualifications

• Experience in equipment maintenance and preventive servicing.

Responsibilities

• Performing equipment preventive maintenance as per schedule.
• Coordinate with E&M Executive/officers in shift to solve maintenance problems.
• Documentation of work orders as prescribed.
• Follow department SOPs and Quality system.
• Pump mechanical seal servicing and assembling work carried out.
• Ensure safe working conditions and clean environmental practices.
• Monitor usage of PPEs and respiratory protection equipment and ensure maintenance and cleanliness.
• Observe unsafe acts and conditions and take corrective and preventive actions immediately.
• Impart SHE training to operators, helpers and contract workers.
• Follow work permit system and PPE.
• Responsible for following Environmental guidelines, EHS guidelines
• Report any incident/accident/near miss/illness to the superiors.
• Identify unsafe conditions and unsafe acts and report to superiors.
• Responsible for Up-keep for facility.
