Job summary

You will develop policies and SOPs, coordinate training, monitor training completion, track CAPAs, and maintain accurate EHS records for audit readiness and regulatory inspections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (BA/BS or B.Sc).
• 5+ years of experience in EHS (5-8 years).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain EHS policies, SOPs, and procedures.
• Ensure alignment with environmental, health, safety, and statutory regulations.
• Design and coordinate EHS training programs.

Responsible for executing environmental, health, and safety (EHS) programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, workplace safety standards, and environmental protection guidelines across operational areas. The role manages identification and evaluation of workplace hazards, environmental risks, and unsafe conditions, supporting implementation of preventive measures and corrective actions. It contributes to conducting safety audits, environmental monitoring, and compliance inspections, ensuring adherence to internal EHS procedures and applicable regulations. The position participates in incident investigations, risk assessments, and safety performance reporting, helping strengthen workplace safety and regulatory compliance. It also facilitates employee safety training and awareness initiatives, while maintaining accurate EHS documentation, compliance records, and audit readiness to support safe and sustainable operations.
