Job summary

Nexdigm in Maharashtra, India, is seeking an India Payroll specialist to manage payroll processing, ensure statutory compliance, and support payroll transitions for clients. You will coordinate with finance and HR, handle tax and provident fund matters, and prepare accurate payroll records on a day-to-day basis.

The role requires 3–4 years of India payroll experience, strong Excel and Outlook skills, and the ability to work with clients and teams independently in a fast-paced environment.

Primary

• India payroll processing knowledge.

• Good communication skill – written and verbal.
• Team handling experience.
• Able to manage the client & team independently.
• Good knowledge of excel
• Email usage-preferably MS Outlook
• Handle Salary Taxation queries independently.
• Able to do the Planning of own work and team work on daily basis.
• Minimum 3-4 years experience in India payroll processing

Secondary

• Multi tasking capability required.
