Job Title: Executive Director – Operations

Based in the Jaipur office, this role manages a team of 900 to 1,500 full‑time employees responsible for end‑to‑end accounts receivable, follow‑up, denials, appeals, and rejections. The position involves process management, client interaction, and planning and process improvements to achieve and exceed client and AGS service level agreements while maintaining organizational standards and processes.

Responsibilities

Team Management

• Manage a large operations team spread across multiple locations and clients.
• Drive long‑term talent strategy, including engagement, succession planning, development and retention to increase employee retention.
• Create an inclusive, transparent, and collaborative culture and model AGS values (MERIT).
• Design and implement a structure that delivers best‑in‑class client experience and long‑term value for AGS.

Business Delivery

• Design and execute delivery systems to consistently meet or exceed client service level agreements.
• Lead continuous improvement and transformation initiatives using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.
• Improve operational systems, processes and policies to support client SLAs.
• Define short‑ and long‑term strategies to deliver business outcomes.
• Assume P&L ownership, oversee financial management of the processes and collaborate with finance for costing and profitability.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with support functions (SAP, HR, IT, Finance, Employee Engagement).
• Ensure compliance with client and internal policies and procedures.
