Bajaj Finserv Limited is seeking a Debt Management Specialist to coordinate and drive recovery efforts on overdue loans and credit accounts. The role involves visiting customers/agencies to achieve targets and ensuring legal compliance throughout repossession processes.

You will monitor performance, maintain detailed records, and provide regular reports while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to optimize collections.
