Job summary

Bajaj Finserv Limited is seeking a Debt Management Specialist in Uttar Pradesh to lead the recovery of overdue loan payments and coordinate collections with internal teams and external agencies.

You will monitor performance, ensure compliance with legal guidelines, maintain records, and report on collection activities while developing strategies to improve recovery rates and manage risk.

• Achieve collections target by visiting customers/agency.

• Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.
• Daily DRR (Daily Risk Report) management.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.
