Banaraswala Wire Mesh P Limited in Mumbai is seeking a skilled costing and MIS professional to manage product costing, standard costs, pricing, and profitability analysis. You will work across departments to ensure accurate data and timely MIS reporting.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with cost accounting, and the ability to support management decisions with cost insights. This position is based in Mumbai and involves close collaboration with Production, Purchase, Sales

Responsabilités

• Prepare and maintain product-wise costing (materials, labour, machine, other costs).
• Review costing periodically and update for cost changes.
• Establish and maintain standard costs for products.
• Compare standard vs actual costs and spot major variances.
• Prepare costing-based pricing for products.
• Analyze impact of cost changes on prices and margins.
• Calculate and monitor Gross Profit per product.
• Prepare product profitability analyses and identify margin variations.
• Identify reasons for low or high profitability.
• Prepare MIS reports on costing, pricing, GP and profitability.
• Provide analysis to support management decisions.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Sales and Accounts on costing.
• Handle other costing, analysis and MIS tasks as assigned.

• Standard Costing
• Assist in establishing and maintaining standard costs for products.
• Compare standard costs with actual costs and identify major variations.
• Prepare costing-based pricing for products.
• Support the team in analysing the impact of cost changes on product prices and margins.
• Gross Profit & Profitability
• Calculate and monitor Gross Profit at product level.
• Prepare product-wise profitability analysis and identify significant variations in margins.
• Assist in identifying reasons for lower or higher profitability.
• MIS & Analysis
• Prepare regular MIS reports relating to costing, pricing, Gross Profit, and product profitability.
• Provide relevant analysis and information to support management decisions.
• Coordination & Other Activities
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Sales, and Accounts teams for costing-related information.
• Take up other costing, analysis, and MIS-related work as assigned by the Head from time to time.
