Job summary

Linde Engineering in Vadodara is seeking an Executive – Corporate Communications to craft clear, engaging internal and external content across digital and traditional channels. You will translate technical information into compelling stories that resonate with diverse audiences.

You will manage editorial calendars, support marketing collateral and website content, and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, HR and engineering teams to strengthen the company’s brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mass comms/related field.
• 3–5 years of corporate/marketing communications or related experience.
• Strong English writing, editing and proofreading capability.
• Experience creating internal and external communications.
• Exposure to B2B or engineering/tech environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with CMS, analytics, SEO and content optimization tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging content for internal announcements, newsletters, leadership communications and employee campaigns.
• Support communication initiatives to strengthen employee awareness and engagement.
• Coordinate with functions to collect, edit and publish company updates.
• Write and edit internal articles, presentations, newsletters, web content and other collateral.
• Translate technical information into audience-friendly stories.
• Maintain high standards of English, accuracy, consistency and brand tone.
• Support B2B social media content, especially LinkedIn.
• Manage editorial/content calendars and timely publication.
• Support website and landing-page content updates.
• Manage and organize business events and conferences.
• Create designs/artworks in Canva.
• Assist with marketing collateral and digital campaigns.
• Coordinate with agencies/designers/vendors as needed.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, HR, technical teams.

Purpose of the Role

Support the planning and execution of internal and external communication initiatives, ensuring clear, consistent and engaging communication across digital and traditional channels. The role will work closely with business, technical and functional stakeholders to translate complex information into compelling content.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop engaging content for internal announcements, newsletters, leadership communications and employee campaigns.

• Strong professional English writing, editing and proofreading capability.
• Experience creating both internal and external communications.
• Exposure to B2B or engineering/technology organizations would be an advantage.
• Familiarity with CMS, digital analytics, SEO and content optimization tools.
