TigerHire is seeking an Executive – Corporate Communications in Vadodara to plan and execute internal and external communications. The role translates complex information into clear, engaging stories across digital and traditional channels.

The candidate will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, HR and technical teams, manage content calendars, and contribute to campaigns and events while upholding brand tone and English excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in mass communication, journalism, communications, marketing, English or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in corporate or marketing communications.
• Strong English writing, editing and proofreading capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging content for internal announcements, newsletters, leadership communications and employee campaigns.
• Support communication initiatives that strengthen employee awareness and engagement.
• Coordinate with functions to collect, edit and publish company updates.
• Write and edit internal articles, presentations, newsletters, web content and other collateral.
• Translate technical and business information into audience-friendly stories.
• Maintain high standards of English, accuracy, consistency and brand tone.
• Support B2B social media content, particularly LinkedIn.
• Manage editorial/content calendars and coordinate timely publication.
• Support website and landing-page content creation and updates.
• Manage and organize business events and conferences.

• Assist with press releases, media materials and external activities.

Purpose of the Role

Support the planning and execution of internal and external communication initiatives, ensuring clear, consistent and engaging communication across digital and traditional channels. The role will work closely with business, technical and functional stakeholders to translate complex information into compelling content.
