Job summary

Listenlights Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee contract structuring, risk allocation, and dispute resolution across EPC, construction, and infrastructure projects in Mumbai region.

This role leads the contracts team, monitors lifecycle compliance, evaluates claims and EOTs, and collaborates with legal, finance, and project teams to mitigate risk and ensure timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in contract management within EPC, construction, or infrastructure industries.

Responsibilities

• Handle contract structuring, risk allocation, and dispute resolution
• Lead and mentor the contracts team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
• Review tender documents and RFQs, assess deviations/qualifications, and propose risk mitigation measures
• Monitor compliance with contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle
• Maintain accurate records of contractual correspondence and documentation
• Prepare and evaluate contractual claims, counterclaims, variation orders, Extension of Time (EOT), and cost impact assessments
• Identify contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and project teams to minimize risk exposure
• Provide early warnings on potential disputes and lead resolution efforts
