Job summary

AdLift in Gurugram is seeking a Client Servicing Executive to support account delivery, keep trackers and timelines tight, and coordinate across multiple client accounts. This role offers hands-on exposure across digital disciplines and a foundation to grow into independent account management.

You will work with an AM/manager, develop client-facing communication, and contribute to performance reporting while gaining experience across SEO, paid media, content and creative optimization.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in client servicing, account management, or digital marketing (internships count).
• Curious about SEO, Paid Media, Social, Content and Creative; not required to be expert.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• High ownership and organisational skills; proactive and self-driven.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day account coordination and client communication under guidance from the account lead.
• Maintain trackers, timelines and TATs, and chase internal teams to keep deliverables on schedule.
• Translate client requirements into briefs for SEO, Content, Paid Media, Social and Creative teams.
• Assist in preparing status updates, reports and client-ready presentations.
• Do a first-pass QC on deliverables before they go to seniors for review.
• Track and log client feedback, and follow up until items are closed.
• Compile performance data and help spot early gaps or opportunities.
• Join client calls to take notes, track action items, and build client-facing confidence over time.

About the Role

We're looking for a Client Servicing Executive to support account delivery - helping keep trackers, timelines and communication tight across one or more client accounts. This is a strong entry point into agency account management: you'll work closely with a Manager/AM, get hands‑on exposure across every digital discipline, and build the foundation to run accounts independently.

What You'll Do

What You Bring

• 0–2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or digital marketing (internships count)
• A working interest in SEO, Paid Media, Social, Content and Creative - you don't need to be an expert yet, but you should be curious
• Strong written and verbal communication
• High ownership and organisational skills - you follow through without being chased
• Comfort with Excel/Sheets and basic reporting
• Ability to manage multiple small tasks in a fast-paced environment

Good to Have

• Prior agency internship or full-time exposure
• Familiarity with GA4, Search Console or Looker Studio
• Exposure to enterprise or multi-stakeholder client environments
• Curiosity about AEO/GEO and AI-driven search
