Job summary

ECHO India is seeking a capable program coordinator to manage day-to-day operations and ensure fidelity to the Hub and Spoke capacity-building model across partner organizations.

The role involves planning training sessions, coordinating with IT for hub setup, and maintaining partner data in project management tools, with emphasis on timely program delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: MPH/ Public Health Diploma
• Experience: 0 - 3 years

Responsibilities

• Manage all operational aspects to meet the defined process and quality.
• Support new partners to plan and launch an ECHO program.
• Ensure fidelity to ECHO model is being met for all assigned partners.
• Plan and coordinate for training sessions as per process and / or partner need.
• Coordinate with IT team for supporting partner on hub set-up.
• Coordinate with the tech team for partner onboarding on iECHO.
• Ensuring program data is being collected, updated and monitored on a regular basis.
• Update project management tools or any other software being used for partner management.
• Build and manage relationship with existing and new partners.
• Proactively identify and escalate
• Visit partner site, if needed.
