Job summary

ECHO India in Chennai is seeking a capable professional to manage end-to-end program operations for the ECHO initiative. You will coordinate with partners, plan trainings, and ensure fidelity to the ECHO model while maintaining data accuracy.

The role requires strong project management, analytical thinking, and excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Tamil. You will build partnerships, monitor progress, and escalate issues to the reporting head to ensure timely, compliant program delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification MPH/ Public Health Diploma.
• Experience: 0–3 years.
• Languages: English, Hindi, Tamil.
• Location: Chennai.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational aspects to meet defined process and quality.
• Support new partners to plan and launch an ECHO program.
• Ensure fidelity to ECHO model for all partners.
• Plan and coordinate partner training sessions.
• Coordinate with IT for hub setup and partner onboarding.
• Coordinate with tech teams for partner onboarding on iECHO.
• Monitor program data and update management tools.
• Build and manage relationships with partners.
• Escalate partner issues to reporting head.
• Visit partner sites if needed.
• Meet timelines for program communications and activities.
• Ensure 100% compliance on new programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Project management: Manage all operational aspects to meet the defined process and quality.
• Project management: Support new partners to plan and launch an ECHO program.
• Project management: Ensure fidelity to ECHO model is being met for all assigned partners.
• Project management: Plan and coordinate for training sessions as per process and / or partner need.
