• Strong expertise in pastry and bakery.
• Exposure to hot & cold kitchen and general kitchen management.

Responsibilities

• Support new product development across pastry, bakery, desserts, sandwiches, savouries, chocolate and beverages.
• Study market trends and contribute to ideation.
• Recipe development, documentation and costing.
• Define product presentation standards.
• Create SOPs to productionise standard recipes at scale.
• Train production teams on standard recipes and SOPs.
• Support marketing in development of product descriptions, packaging, photo shoots, and product demo videos.
