• Strong technical understanding in pastry.

Responsibilities

• Support new product development across the product categories, including pastry, bakery, desserts, sandwiches, savories, chocolate, and beverages.
• Study market trends and contribute to ideation

• Create SOPs to productions standard recipes on a large scale
