Qualifications

• Experience with SQL and Agile tools (Jira/Confluence) and distributed teams.

We are transforming our institutional client lifecycle by delivering a modern, configurable SaaS platform that supports onboarding, KYC, AML, screening, ongoing maintenance and client closures. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Analyst to help drive this transformation and play a key role within a cross-functional Scrum team shaping the future of the platform.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will work with key stakeholders to analyse, plan, scope, and deliver impactful solutions. Your role will involve translating business needs into actionable requirements, including solution design and configuration. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a transformative program while growing within the organisation.

What You Offer

• 4-8 years' experience as a business analyst in financial services, with experience in client onboarding, KYC, or AML domain.
• Proven ability to elicit requirements from stakeholders and lead refinement with a delivery team for features/stories through solution design
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to push forward in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Experience in working with SQL and contributing within an Agile environment (using Jira and Confluence), including collaborating with distributed teams across different time zones.
• Experience is AI Assisted tools will be advantageous.
