Job summary

Macquarie Group’s Digital team is driving a strategic transformation to unlock efficiencies and improve experiences for colleagues and clients. The role involves gathering requirements, analysing processes, and identifying opportunities and risks to support strategic decisions.

You will translate business needs into deliverables and collaborate with stakeholders across global teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst within financial services, with Private Markets experience highly regarded.
• Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into clear deliverables, supporting solution design and user acceptance testing.
• Strong experience working in Agile environments, including user stories, process mapping, gap analysis, and as-is/to-be state definition, with proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across technical and non-technical audiences in global teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience in financial data analysis; exposure to SQL, Power BI, and financial concepts is advantageous.
