Responsibilities

• Manage inventory records in the AlignBooks software.
• Maintain sales and purchase entries accurately in the system.
• Record and update bank transactions and bank entries in the software.
• Upload and update new stock details in the inventory management system.
• Monitor stock availability and maintain proper inventory records.
• Coordinate with the sales and purchase team for accurate data entry.
• Generate basic inventory and transaction reports when required.
• Ensure all entries are updated on a timely basis and maintain data accuracy.
• Manage all the required detail in accounting software Alignbook.
