Job description

• Comprehensive Data Collection & Research: Conduct deep-dive searches to extract relevant information from multiple public records, official sources, and databases across India.
• Data Verification & Validation: Perform rigorous checks to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and authenticity of all captured information.
• Background Verification (BGV): Initiate verification procedures, coordinating with previous employers and SPOCs to ensure smooth and timely closure.
• Omni-channel Follow-ups: Proactively follow up through both calls and emails to resolve pending cases and clear bottlenecks.
• Database Management: Maintain and update internal databases with structured, high-quality information gathered through your research.
• Critical Thinking: The ability to understand and interpret complex data based on specific requirements, rather than just following a checklist.
• Attention to Detail: An uncompromising "eye for detail" to ensure every piece of data is validated and error-free.
• Strong Organizational Skills: The discipline to manage multiple processes, prioritize (and reprioritize) tasks, and meet strict daily targets.
• Communication: Good English communication skills (written and verbal) for professional coordination and follow-ups.
• Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of MS Word & Excel and in-depth knowledge of the internet and advanced search engines.
