Key Responsibilities

• Make verification calls to individuals, companies, institutions, and references.
• Verify personal, employment, educational, or other required information over the phone.
• Follow defined calling scripts and verification procedures.
• Ask relevant questions and collect accurate information.
• Record call outcomes and verification details in the CRM/system.
• Maintain proper documentation and update case status.
• Handle multiple verification cases within defined timelines.
• Follow up on unanswered calls or incomplete information.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and verification data.
• Achieve daily calling, productivity, and quality targets.
• Escalate discrepancies or suspicious information to the concerned team.

Candidate Requirements

• 12th pass / Graduate.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good verbal communication skills in English/Hindi.
