Job summary

Legero Marine & Offshore Logistics in Mumbai invites an Executive – Back-office Data Entry to manage domestic purchase orders, procure quotes from suppliers, and enter prices in internal systems. You will prepare proforma invoices, generate and maintain a range of company reports (including daily receiving log), and input customer and account data accurately within deadlines.

Graduate with strong Excel skills, good communication, and fluent English is required; candidates staying in Navi Mumbai

Responsibilities

• Enter domestic purchase orders into internal systems.
• Procure competitive prices from suppliers and enter the prices in the local system by sending RFQ in PDF format. Format via internal system.
• Prepare proforma invoice for client on the suggested software module or client portal.
• Generate and maintain a variety of company reports including but not limited to daily receiving log.
• Insert customer and account data by inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents within time limits.
