Job description

This role works directly with the CEO, supporting execution across high-priority initiatives involving healthcare systems, leadership teams, and strategic engagements. This is not a traditional Executive Assistant position.

The role is designed for individuals who can operate with independence, strong judgment, and a high level of ownership, ensuring that critical priorities move forward with clarity and completion.

One mission: Save lives. Everything else is secondary.

We are focused on advancing preventive healthcare systems that improve outcomes at scale. This role contributes directly by ensuring key initiatives are executed effectively.

What You Will Own
  • Drive execution across CEO‑led priorities without requiring step‑by‑step direction
  • Manage and coordinate high‑impact meetings, including:
    • CEO & C‑suite interactions
    • Government and public health stakeholders
    • Global forums, conferences, and strategic partnerships
  • Ensure complete preparation, context‑building, and follow‑through for every engagement
  • Act as a central link between CEO, CBO, Directors, and leadership team
  • Track decisions, enforce accountability, and ensure nothing falls through
  • Anticipate gaps, identify risks early, and fix them before escalation
  • Maintain speed and clarity across multiple parallel workstreams

You are expected to think ahead, act fast, and close loops.

Who You Are
  • Ultra confident and outspoken — you can hold your ground in rooms with senior leaders
  • Proactive, not reactive — you move before being told
  • Fast‑paced operator — you thrive under pressure and tight timelines
  • Highly intelligent and structured thinker with strong judgment
  • 5+ years experience supporting senior executives (EA / Executive Associate / similar roles)
  • Exposure to healthcare, hospitals, or health‑tech environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable handling confidential and high‑impact work
What This Role Is NOT
  • Not a calendar‑management or basic admin role
  • Not for candidates who wait for instructions
  • Not suitable for slow‑paced or process‑dependent individuals
Success Looks Like
  • CEO operates at significantly higher leverage
  • Meetings turn into decisions, and decisions into execution—fast
  • No critical task, follow‑up, or stakeholder slips through
  • Leadership coordination runs seamlessly
Final Note

This is a high‑ownership, high‑visibility role with direct exposure to strategic decision‑making. This role requires independent thinking and ownership of outcomes.

If you are exceptional, this role will expand far beyond a traditional EA position.
