Danish Private Limited in Jaipur is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director. You will manage the MD's calendar, coordinate meetings, handle communication, and organize travel arrangements.
The role requires 3–7 years of EA/PA experience, excellent English, and strong discretion. MBA is preferred. You will prepare reports and presentations, track decisions, and ensure timely execution of priorities.
Manage the Managing Director's calendar, appointments and daily schedule.
Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring effective time management.
Prioritize meeting requests and resolve scheduling conflicts.
Organize meeting agendas and ensure the MD is well-prepared for upcoming engagements.
Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal departments, external stakeholders and business partners.
Draft and manage professional emails, correspondence and other executive communications.
Coordinate with department heads to obtain updates on key business matters.
Handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality and discretion.
Track action items, commitments and decisions arising from the MD's meetings.
Conduct regular follow-ups with department heads and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Maintain trackers for important business priorities, deadlines and pending matters.
Proactively identify delays and escalation critical issues to the MD.
Coordinate management meetings, prepare agendas and record minutes of meetings (MOM).
Monitor the implementation of decisions and follow up on agreed action points.
Manage the MD's domestic and international travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations and itineraries.
Coordinate travel schedules with business meetings and other commitments.
Prepare presentations, reports, briefing notes and business summaries for the MD.
Consolidate information received from different departments for management review.
Maintain organized records of important correspondence, meeting minutes and executive documents.
Anticipate the MD's requirements and proactively support day-to-day executive priorities.

Qualification Requirement
Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred
Experience 3–7 years in an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role
Communication Prior experience supporting an MD, CEO, Director or senior executive
Technical skills Excellent written and verbal English; MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and calendar management
