Cyber Mindsets is seeking an Associate Coordinator for the CEO Office in Hyderabad. You will work directly with the CEO across business coordination, sales, marketing, operations, customer management and people coordination, driving strategic execution.

This is not a desk-bound role and is designed for long-term leadership growth toward senior leadership positions. The role requires 3-10 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the CEO on day-to-day priorities and execution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, manage follow-ups, meetings and deadlines.
  • Prepare reports, trackers, presentations and business updates.
  • Support sales, business development and the preparation of proposals.
  • Assist in marketing, brand-building activities and corporate communications.
  • Coordinate HR activities including recruitment and onboarding.
  • Travel frequently for customer meetings, partner events and recruitment.

Role Overview

The Associate Coordinator CEO Office is a high-visibility role working directly with the CEO across business coordination, sales, marketing, operations, customer management, people coordination and strategic execution.

This is not a conventional administrative or back-office position.

The person will work closely with the CEO, understand the business, coordinate across teams and stakeholders, drive follow-ups, support business growth initiatives and progressively take ownership of important business activities.

The role is designed as a long-term leadership track, with the potential to evolve into a Senior Leadership / Chief of Stafftype position based on performance, ownership, maturity and business contribution.

Key Responsibilities
CEO Office & Business Coordination
  • Work directly with the CEO on day-to-day business priorities and execution.
  • Manage action items, follow-ups, meetings, priorities and critical deadlines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and ensure commitments are followed through.
  • Prepare reports, trackers, presentations and business updates.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding business, financial, customer and leadership matters.
  • Identify pending issues proactively and ensure timely closure.
  • Act as a reliable execution partner to the CEO.
Sales & Business Development

Sales and business development capability is mandatory for this position.

  • Support the CEO in business development and sales activities.
  • Coordinate with prospects, customers, partners and business associates.
  • Track leads, opportunities, proposals, follow-ups and closures.
  • Support preparation of proposals, presentations and commercial documents.
  • Participate in customer and partner meetings.
  • Independently follow up with stakeholders and ensure opportunities continue to move forward.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the company's services and value proposition.
  • Support the CEO in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Marketing & Brand Building

The candidate should have a strong interest in marketing, positioning and building a professional business brand.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting social media and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinating marketing campaigns and business communication.
  • Supporting events, webinars, workshops and corporate activities.
  • Coordinating the creation of marketing materials and presentations.
  • Working with designers, content creators and external agencies.
  • Maintaining consistency in corporate communication and presentation.
  • Contributing ideas for improving the company's market visibility and brand presence.

The ability to think commercially and understand how a brand is built will be an important part of this role.

Customer & Stakeholder Management
  • Coordinate customer meetings, leadership meetings and business visits.
  • Maintain professional communication with customers, partners and vendors.
  • Act as a professional interface between the CEO and stakeholders when required.
  • Document meeting outcomes and ensure agreed actions are followed through.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with important stakeholders.
Operations & Execution
  • Coordinate internal operational activities and business workflows.
  • Track projects, deliverables, dependencies and deadlines.
  • Identify delays, gaps and bottlenecks proactively.
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure business priorities are executed.
  • Escalate important issues to the CEO with appropriate context and information.
  • Support the development of better processes and operational discipline.
HR & People Coordination
  • Support recruitment activities, interview scheduling and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with employees and department heads on HR-related activities.
  • Maintain appropriate employee documentation and trackers.
  • Support internal communication and employee engagement activities.
  • Assist the CEO with people-related coordination and follow-ups.
Travel & Business Representation Mandatory

Frequent travel is an essential requirement of this position.

The candidate must be comfortable travelling for:

  • Customer meetings
  • Business development activities
  • Partner meetings
  • Events and conferences
  • Recruitment and business activities
  • CEO-related meetings and assignments

This is not a desk-bound 9-to-5 position.

The role requires flexibility regarding travel, working hours, business priorities and changing requirements depending on the needs of the organization.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience
  • 3-10 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience in CEO Office, Business Operations, Business Development, Sales Coordination, Project Coordination or similar roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Ability to prepare professional presentations, reports and trackers.
  • Sales and business development capability is mandatory.
  • Exposure to marketing and brand-building activities is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel frequently is mandatory.
