Job summary

Regal Rexnord in Mumbai is seeking an onsite finance professional to manage end-to-end accounts payable activities including invoice booking, vendor reconciliations, and travel expense settlements. The role requires strict adherence to internal controls and timely disbursement of payments to suppliers and inter-company entities.

The candidate will coordinate with procurement and finance teams to ensure accurate GR/IR matching, expense reimbursements, and adherence to travel policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable and vendor invoicing processes.
• Familiarity with payment cycles, reconciliation, and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Booking of Import and Local invoices.
• Settlement of open vendor advances.
• Monitor GR / IR report for invoice booking.
• Ensuring weekly reimbursement of expenses claims.
• Timely payment of third-party/inter-company invoices.
• Ensuring authority matrix while processing claims/invoices.
• Processing travel advance requests and settlements.
• Monitoring travel policy for expenses claims.

This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.

• Timely payment of Third-Party/inter-company Invoices
• Ensuring authority matrix while processing the claims /invoices
• Processing Travel Advance requests and ensuring the settlement in time
• Monitoring of Travel Policy while settling the expenses claims of the associates
• Co-ordination for required EXIM support on case-to-case basis, processing duty payment requests
• Vendor reconciliation and resolving the differences if any on timely basis.
• Bank Reconciliation.
