Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a detail‑oriented finance administrator for an onsite role at our Mumbai office. You will handle booking of import and local invoices, settle vendor advances, monitor GR/IR, and ensure timely reimbursement and payment processing.

You will also support EXIM, vendor reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and compliance with authority matrices. The ideal candidate will be organized, meticulous, and able to coordinate cross‑functional teams to maintain accurate financial

• Ensuring weekly Reimbursement of Expenses claims
• Timely payment of Third-Party/inter-company Invoices
• Ensuring authority matrix while processing the claims /invoices
• Processing Travel Advance requests and ensuring the settlement in time
• Monitoring of Travel Policy while settling the expenses claims of the associates
• Co-ordination for required EXIM support on case-to-case basis, processing duty payment requests
• Vendor reconciliation and resolving the differences if any on timely basis.
