Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate daily inward/outward records for materials, crates, bottles, and consumables across Tally ERP, TCS software, and MS Excel.
• Conduct review and reconciliation of Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) against Challans, and Issue Entries with accurate financial valuation.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual physical stock verifications for raw materials, chemicals, and consumables.
• Oversee movement logs for reusable containers (incoming/outgoing crates and returnable assets).
• Verify, process, and reconcile transport bills, waste management bills, and associate bills in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with third-party partners and associates to ensure accurate billing documentation and discrepancy resolution.
• Quality Compliance, Audits & Records
• Provide documentation support for QMS and SOP adherence.
• Support monitoring and compliance records for waste management (e.g., autoclaved material) and specialized hazardous/bio-hazard stock handling in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Reporting & Administrative Support
• Generate monthly analytical reports, including center-wise and associate-wise material positivity/utilization tracking.
• Maintain updated master lists of active agreements with the Service providers.
